These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sunshade Application (the "App") pertinent to the vehicle window tinting license, operated by the Ministry of Interior Affairs and Municipalities of Lebanon ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to allow registered users to:

• View their officially issued vehicle Sunshade license.
• Present the license to authorized law-enforcement officers or other regulatory bodies
• Verify validity, and details of their license digitally

The App does not replace the legal requirements for physical documentation unless explicitly authorized by the relevant licensing authority.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the lawful holder of a valid Sunshade license
• Use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes related to your license

3. Account Registration and Access

You may be required to authenticate your identity using:

• National ID or license number
• A one-time password (OTP) or biometric verification
• Other secure authentication mechanisms

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device access.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Use the App for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity
• Permit others to access your account

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with:

• Lebanon’s Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data

6. Law Enforcement Use

The App is intended to facilitate the secure display of your Sunshade license to authorized law enforcement or regulatory officers. By using the App, you consent to sharing your license data with such officials upon request, strictly for verification purposes.

7. Availability and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Push updates or patches to enhance security and performance
• Deny access in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or security violations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or delay resulting from your reliance on the App
• Errors in license status caused by incorrect data provided by third parties
• Any unauthorized access due to failure to secure your device

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your license becomes invalid, suspended, or revoked
• You engage in unauthorized or unlawful activity using the App

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Lebanon’s Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data

تطبيق منصة إدارة التراخيص الخاصة بوضع عازل لأشعة الشمس

انّ شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") تحكم ولوجك إلى واستخدامك لتطبيق منصة إدارة التراخيص الخاصة بوضع عازل لأشعة الشمس (المشار إليه بـ "التطبيق") الذي تديره وزارة الداخلية والبلديات في لبنان ("نحن"، "لنا"، أو "خاصتنا").
من خلال تحميل التطبيق أو ولوجه أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وجميع القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يقتضي بك عدم استخدام التطبيق.

١.  هدف التطبيق

تم تصميم التطبيق لتمكين المستخدمين المسجلين من:

• عرض رخصة عازل لأشعة الشمس الصادرة عن وزارة الداخلية والبلديات
• تقديم الرخصة للقوى الأمنية والعسكرية المكلفة بإنفاذ القانون
• التحقق رقميًا من صلاحية وبيانات الرخصة

لا يُعدّ التطبيق بديلاً عن المستندات الورقية الرسمية إلا إذا صرحت الجهة المانحة للرخصة بذلك صراحة.

٢ . الأهلية

لاستخدام التطبيق، يجب أن:

• لا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا
• تكون حاملًا قانونيًا لرخصة عازل لأشعة الشمس سارية المفعول
• تستخدم التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وقانونية متعلقة برخصتك فقط

٣.  تسجيل الحساب والوصول إليه

قد يُطلب منك التحقق من هويتك باستخدام:

• رقم الهوية الوطنية أو رقم الرخصة
• كلمة مرور لمرة واحدة (OTP) أو التحقق البيومتري
• آليات تحقق آمنة أخرى

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول والولوج إلى جهازك.

٤ . الترخيص باستخدام التطبيق

نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق فقط لغرضه المقصود ووفقًا لهذه الشروط.

لا يجوز لك:

• نسخ أو توزيع أو تعديل أو عكس هندسة أي جزء من التطبيق
• استخدام التطبيق في أنشطة احتيالية أو غير قانونية أو غير مخولة
• السماح للغير باستخدام حسابك

٥.  خصوصية البيانات وحمايتها

نقوم بمعالجة بياناتك الشخصية بما يتوافق مع:

·         القانون اللبناني رقم 81/2018 بشأن المعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي

يرجى الرجوع إلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا للاطلاع على تفاصيل البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها، وحقوقك المتعلقة بها.

٦. استخدام التطبيق من قبل السلطات الأمنية

• يهدف التطبيق إلى تسهيل عرض رخصة عازل لأشعة الشمس الخاصة بك بطريقة آمنة للقوى الأمنية والعسكرية المكلفة بإنفاذ القانون.

وباستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على مشاركة بيانات رخصتك مع القوى المذكورة أعلاه، ولأغراض التحقق فقط.

٧.  التوافر والتحديثات

نحتفظ بحقنا في:

• تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف التطبيق في أي وقت دون إشعار
• إرسال تحديثات أو تصحيحات لتحسين الأمان والأداء
• منع الوصول في حال الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو انتهاك الأمان

٨. تحديد المسؤولية

وفقاُ لما هو محدد في القانون،  فإنّ الإدارة لا تتحمل مسؤولية:

• أي خسائر أو أضرار أو تأخير ناتجة عن اعتمادك على التطبيق
• أخطاء في حالة الرخصة ناتجة عن بيانات غير صحيحة مقدمة من جهات ثالثة
• أي وصول غير مصرح به نتيجة عدم تأمين جهازك

٩.  إنهاء الاستخدام

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق إذا:

• انتهكت هذه الشروط
• أصبحت رخصتك غير صالحة أو معلقة أو ملغاة
• قمت باستخدام غير مصرح به أو غير قانوني للتطبيق

١٠. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا للقانون اللبناني رقم 81/2018 بشأن المعاملات الإلكترونية والبيانات ذات الطابع الشخصي
